RECAP

On the latest episode of Braxton Family Values Season 5 Episode 20 "Back in the Hot Seat", the sisters are invited to appear on the Bishop T.D. Jakes Show. Toni, Traci, Towanda and Trina become weary towards their appearance fearing old wounds will be exposed and a last minute performance of "It is Well" throws them off as the sisters rehearse the song but Toni is missing as they decide what notes each one will sing.
Later, Toni, Traci, Towanda, Trina and Tamar invite their father Michael Braxton Sr. out to dinner to discuss a family trip together. "I think we need a family trip" Toni says regarding them heading to Mexico. "I think that's the problem. We need to all get together and bathe in the sun and eat and drink and giggle... That's going to unite us again."

Tamar suggests to Michael Sr. if his second wife will allow him to attend the family trip and when Michael Sr. reveals the possibility of his second wife attending and having a face-to-face contact with their mother Evelyn turning the dinner tense with the sisters. "That sounds like a disaster," Tamar says stating is she were her mother, she would punch her father's wife in the face "on sight... just because." See the drama evolve in the clips below.
